We were visiting from out of town and stopped here for some bagels. The bagels were cooked well and the cream cheese was fresh and a good consistency/texture. I enjoyed my bagel overall, but both the bagel and the cream cheese were much less sweet than I expected. I got the cinnamon crunch bagel with honey brown sugar cream cheese. I expected (wanted lol) it to be pretty sweet, but it was a more mild sweetness. If you’ve ever had the cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera, I would say the one from Bagel Beanery was probably about half as sweet. The cream cheese also wasn’t sweet enough for my liking, but everyone’s tastes are different! The prices are very reasonable and the employees were friendly and efficient. Overall, I’m glad we tried this place and I would probably go back if I was ever in the area. But I would be open to trying out some other bagel places as well.

Bagels were good, a bit undercooked for my taste, but I get it people have different tastes. The service was pretty much the worst I have ever experienced. The counter person would not give us 1 second to order, after picking out six bagels she cut us off, we were attempting to order coffee and a couple of egg sandwiches and the just cut us off before we could even speak…. Bazar experience…. It was not even busy, about 11 am and just 2 other people in the store.

Delicious bagels and bagel sandwiches. Great vegetarian options! It’s best to take your food to go, but there are a few small tables if you don’t mind the noisy ambience :)

I love this bagel beanery specific! The two ladies who have been working here for some time. They give me life, & this includes my little bagel, which they make with love. Don't tell me anything about my favorite bagel joint in Kalamazoo. They also have a 10/10 earl gray latte.

Grab some breakfast and lunch before work so I stopped by here. I was very early so I was the only customer. Service was very fast. You ordered on the kiosk and then she will call your name out 10 mins later. There is no option to toast the bagel Bagel shop also a Asian snack store. There are tons of Asian branded drinks and snacks on the shelf. Very interesting blend of products. This is not your regular mom n pop bagel shop for sure, not much interaction with the owner/cashier. Bagel sandwich is pretty good. Price is decent and they open very early. 6am
